VMCASA
Real Estate & Infrastructure Platforms for Institutional Investors
We do not operate assets.
We position them for long-term performance.
We do not pursue volume.
We pursue alignment.
We do not follow cycles.
We prepare assets for durable value.
Our Perspective
VMCASA originates and structures real estate and infrastructure opportunities, aligning site control, energy availability, and capital markets to position assets for institutional deployment.
Our work sits at the intersection of infrastructure readiness, capital strategy, and operational resilience.
We emphasize execution discipline, lifecycle performance, and governance alignment — factors that build institutional trust and support long-duration capital deployment.
Our experience spans the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, translating cross-border complexity into clear, disciplined decision-making grounded in local realities.
About VMCASA
Sustainable performance requires balance.
VMCASA works at the intersection of growth, regulation, and responsibility. We help owners align investment objectives with operational constraints, regulatory frameworks, and long-term stewardship requirements.
Our approach reflects a belief that sound real estate strategy is built on discipline, not excess, and that clarity is a competitive advantage.

About Our Managing Principal
Viviana Addo
Viviana Addo originates and structures infrastructure-oriented real estate platforms at the intersection of land, energy, and digital infrastructure across the U.S. and Latin America. Born in Germany, raised in Colombia, and based in New York for over twenty-five years, she brings a genuinely multicultural lens to infrastructure and capital. Her perspective is shaped by three continents and a career spent navigating institutional, community, and cross-border complexity simultaneously.
The Foundation: Institutional Scale & Stakeholder Complexity
Viviana’s approach is built on thirteen years of experience across investment sales, development, and institutional asset management. Most notably, she led the capital strategy and asset performance for a $384 million mixed-use development in Upper Manhattan. This project, encompassing 42 buildings with Goldman Sachs as credit lender, required the creation of a new district-level framework and sophisticated community engagement as a precondition for execution. This high-stakes environment forged the capital discipline and long-cycle thinking required to stand up complex global infrastructure.
VMCASA: Execution-Led Infrastructure As Founder and Managing Principal of VMCASA, Viviana applies this institutional foundation to opportunities where power availability, land positioning, and capital must align for delivery. VMCASA focuses on what is executable, moving beyond theoretical availability to secure "real" grid capacity and site control.
Current Platform: Digital Infrastructure in the Caribbean Corridor Viviana is currently structuring a phased digital infrastructure platform in Colombia, anchored in the Caribbean corridor with a complementary node in Bogotá within an existing Zona Franca framework.
The Strategy: Energy-first site selection and phased MW deployment (30MW to 150MW) aligned with renewable-dominant energy mixes.
The Ecosystem: Developed in collaboration with a technical team experienced in $1 billion+ infrastructure projects and advisors with deep hyperscale and LATAM operator expertise.
Social Impact: A founding element of the platform is a dedicated AI and technical skills training program for the local Afro-Colombian community, designed as an integral component of the asset’s long-term success and operational de-risking.
Core Expertise:
Origination: Structuring energy-adjacent land and digital infrastructure platforms.
Alignment: Coordinating site control, power strategy, and capital formation.
Positioning: Preparing assets for institutional investors, operators, and strategic buyers.
Strategy: Designing phased development strategies with embedded optionality and scalability.
A Relationship-Driven Model VMCASA’s deal flow is proprietary and sourced through direct engagement with institutional counterparties and the network built through Growing Cities, a long-form podcast Viviana hosts and produces exploring the future of capital deployment. As an Adjunct Professor of international real estate and development, she remains at the forefront of evolving global energy and capital models.
The platforms built by VMCASA are not marketed. They are structured, introduced, and executed through institutional relationships built over time.
