Viviana Addo
Viviana Addo originates and structures infrastructure-oriented real estate platforms at the intersection of land, energy, and digital infrastructure across the U.S. and Latin America. Based in New York for more than twenty-five years, she brings a multicultural perspective shaped by experience across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe and a career spanning institutional real estate, affordable housing, development, finance, and infrastructure.
Institutional Real Estate & Capital
Viviana’s foundation includes more than thirteen years of experience across investment sales, development, and institutional asset management. Most notably, she was part of the ownership and development team behind the $383.6 million Frederick Samuel Apartments PACT transformation in Harlem, a 664-apartment, 42-building NYCHA portfolio. The transaction involved a complex affordable housing capital structure, with Goldman Sachs serving as tax credit lender and Berkadia as a financing partner, and required coordination across lenders, investors, public agencies, developers, and community stakeholders.

As Founder and Managing Principal of VMCASA, Viviana focuses on opportunities where land, power availability, infrastructure readiness, and capital must align for development to move forward. Her work centers on identifying executable sites, structuring development strategies, and positioning opportunities for institutional capital and strategic partners.
VMCASA is currently structuring a phased efficient digital infrastructure platform in Colombia’s Caribbean corridor, with a complementary node in Bogotá. The strategy combines energy-first site selection, phased deployment, renewable power integration, and institutional development partnerships, with an initial pathway from 30MW to 150MW.
