VMCASA
Real Estate & Infrastructure Platforms for Institutional Investors
We do not operate assets.
We position them for long-term performance.
We do not pursue volume.
We pursue alignment.
We do not follow cycles.
We prepare assets for durable value.
Our Perspective
VMCASA originates and structures real estate and infrastructure opportunities, aligning site control, energy availability, and capital markets to position assets for institutional deployment.
Our work sits at the intersection of infrastructure readiness, capital strategy, and operational resilience.
We emphasize execution discipline, lifecycle performance, and governance alignment — factors that build institutional trust and support long-duration capital deployment.
Our experience spans the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, translating cross-border complexity into clear, disciplined decision-making grounded in local realities.
About VMCASA
Sustainable performance requires balance.
VMCASA works at the intersection of growth, regulation, and responsibility. We help owners align investment objectives with operational constraints, regulatory frameworks, and long-term stewardship requirements.
Our approach reflects a belief that sound real estate strategy is built on discipline, not excess, and that clarity is a competitive advantage.

About Our Managing Principal
Viviana Addo
Viviana Addo works with owners, developers, and investors on the origination, structuring, and commercialization of complex real estate and infrastructure opportunities, including hyperscale digital infrastructure platforms, energy-adjacent land, and institutional asset dispositions.
She is the Managing Principal at VMCASA, a long-standing, multi-generational real estate platform that she has strategically rebranded and elevated into a portfolio and capital strategy advisory. Her work focuses on decisions before execution begins—helping clients determine when to buy, develop, stabilize, or exit assets, how to allocate capital, and how to reduce risk in complex, regulated, or cross-border situations.
Based in New York for over twenty-five years, with experience across the Americas, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, Viviana brings long-cycle perspective shaped by both institutional training and generational exposure to ownership, development, and asset stewardship. Her focus spans development strategy, incentives and affordability alignment, operating and ESG considerations, and portfolio transitions.
Clients typically engage Viviana when decisions feel irreversible, timelines are compressed, or the cost of getting it wrong is high. Her role is not to sell assets or manage day-to-day operations, but to help owners make disciplined, well-timed decisions that protect downside and preserve long-term value.
In addition to her advisory work, Viviana is a professor of international real estate and development and the creator and host of the Growing Cities podcast, where she convenes global leaders across real estate, infrastructure, investment, and cities. These platforms reflect her role as both practitioner and connector, translating global insight into practical capital judgment.
